Pom Pom
Instructions
Step 1 - Tie the ribbon provided with the tissue paper on the center of the strip.
With the knot located on the rim of the strip, this is where the Pom-Pom will hang from as shown in the image below.
Step 2 - Fan out one end of the strip.
Step 3 - Carefully pull the sheets of tissue away from each ether.
Be careful tissue paper is extremely thin and can tear easily.
TIP: Pull sheets one at a time from each side, like shown below.
This will help you create the fullness of the Pom Pom.
Once you finish the first side, you should have of created a bouquet.
Step 4 - Continue to repeat steps 2 and 3, also using the TIP to create fullness.
Step 5 - Once you have finished creating the rounded Pom Pom, make sure to to pull the ribbon out for decoration purposes.
