Film Compatibility: If it is not SEALING the cups correctly, I'd suggest taking a look at the film and cup you are using . You can see the cup material on the BOTTOM of the cup. If it is not Sealing correctly, you have incompatible cups or film. This is NOT a defect on the machine. 

Compatible:

PET FILM = PET CUP ,  PP FILM = PP FILM

NOT COMPATIBLE: 

PET FILM  ≠  PP CUP  , PP FILM ≠ PET CUP
